I would like to book a vehicle at the Airport of Sydney with a Debit Card. Is this possible and how would I know if a supplier accept a Debit card?

You first have to start to make a search. Insert that Airport together with pick up and drop off dates ant times and press search. The website will show results / car photos if available.

OK, I started a search now and see car photos.

OK, now you can scroll down a bit. You will see a few filters at the left hand side of the results page. One of them ( if any supplier accept a Debit Card ) is named " Cards Accepted At Pick-Up ", tick the box " Both Credit and Debit Cards " ( click next link to see screenshot of that filter ):- [link]

Now you see results based on that selection. Based on your search criteria one of the rental car suppliers that accept Debit Card is Europcar, they say this about Debit Cards in their " IMPORTANT INFORMATION " ( click next link to see ):-
